Adam Ong Hong Him is a Practicing Management Consultant (PMC) in Human Resource Management (HRM) for many years. He is currently a professional coach/facilitator for individuals and corporations in behavioral-based results oriented coaching.
His passion in adult learning and coaching started in the early 70’s when he played a part in the development growth of Singapore when he assisted the then Ministry of Labour (MOL) to facilitate supervisory skills training and coaching under the Training Within Industry (TWI) Programs.
One of the remarkable success stories for Singapore in the early 70’s is to provide TWI Training for line supervisors and managers. TWI Courses would include: Skills in Leading, Skills in Instructing, Skills In Safety, Skills In Discussion Leading.

The birth of GetSmart Productivity System (GPS)
The idea of developing the GetSmart Productivity System (GPS) came about in one of Adam’s overseas trips to Italy in 2014 when he is in a public transport commuting from one place to another. He had a plan to revitalize and improvise the TWI program to help individuals and companies to perform better in what they do.
After much research and revisiting the contents of the original TWI Programs, Adam consolidated the ideas and gave birth to the GetSmart Productivity System (GPS) embracing the teachings of Buckminster Fuller, Edwards Deming, and Paul J Meyer.
