GetSmart Productivity System

The idea of developing the GetSmart Productivity System (GPS) came about in one of Adam’s overseas trips to France in 2014 when he in a public transport commuting from one place to another. He had a plan to revitalize and improvise the TWI program to help individuals and companies to perform better in what they do.

After much research and revisiting the contents of the original TWI Programs, Adam consolidated the ideas and gave birth to the GetSmart Productivity System (GPS) embracing the teachings of Buckminster Fuller, Edwards Deming, and Paul J Meyer.

He reflected on the basic ingredients of “Success” and came to the conclusion that in addition to knowledge, skills, and competencies there are other key factors to achieve positive results, as follows:

Teamwork

Process

Communication and Listening Skills

Decision Making

Taking Action to Achieve Results

Life-long Learning

Thus, the GetSmart Productivity System (GPS) is conceived – in the form of a 3-Legged Stool comprising of the three legs which are mutually inclusive, viz.

  1. Conducive work environment
  2. Process and System
  3. Taking Actions on Smart Goals.

Bearing in mind that if one of the legs are missing, we would not be able to sit on stool for too long.
